10 Things I Learned After Spending Two Months in Greece.

I've just come back from two months in Greece. I sailed the seas, climbed the stone steps to the pantheon, and visited dozens of cities. these are a few things I learned about backpacking Greece that I would like to share. 1- Hospitality - Greek hospitality is great. At the end of most meals, I was treated to some free wine or a free shot from the manager. 2- Some parts of Greece were heavily influenced by the Venetians. 3- Greece and Northern Macedonia don't get along. It is almost impossible to travel between the two countries. 4- Feta Cheese is awesome. 5 - The Greek Islands are popular but there are many still off the beaten path. | 6- Popular Islands will destroy your bank account 7 - Greece is cheap compared to Italy. 8 - Delos is the Delphi of the Islands. 9 - Trains and Ferries Rule Greece 10 - You should visit Greece asap.
